A rollover jig would be a great idea and I bet there are plenty of people who would rent it off you :geek:

Re: Buz back from the brink

First full weekend on the camper so I'm starting on the engine as that's out after my parts spending spree I'm skint now!

Bit of original artwork by Graham, forgot it was there until I pulled the engine out!

On the stand after modding it with my plasma torch, straight though 10mm plate awesome!!

Start with those pesky exhaust studs, most came off after soaking overnight with pen oil and double nutting, but 1 I welded a nut to it.

I like these new stainless ones with the allen key insert nice!

Re: Buz back from the brink

Started a production line for the tinware refurb, starting with degreasing, onto repair them priming and final top coat, stops you getting bored just doing one thing at a time.

Re: Buz back from the brink

Been busy putting this all back together, reinstated the fins and a thermostat in the doghouse, done a service on the block too, then started bolting the tinware back on, I've lost one of my preheater pipes, so my have to buy a new set for the weber manifold.

Before this work I had a leak from my oil pressure sensor where their was a 'T' piece holding a pressure gauge sensor and one for the pressure light, so I'm replacing them with one device like this:-
